How long will my order take?
When placing your order please be advised that your order could take 10-12 weeks to arrive from the date you place your order.
Can I get my dresses Faster?
If you require your dresses promptly please discuss this prior to ordering and we will do our best to accommodate you. We offer a RUSH service at an additional cost.
Can we try the dresses on?
Yes! Sure you can, we offer a sample dress service. Where you can try the dresses on in the comfort of your own home. Our sample dresses are made to be returned. Please do not keep them.

Can I get a refund?
Payment in full is required and is non-refundable after the order has been submitted. It is highly recommended to view the dresses to ensure you are happy with the colour and style (please note that monitors can display colours differently) of the dress prior to an order.
Can I order dresses separately?
Colours can vary from different dye batches so if you require several dresses in the same shade please order them together. All images have been taken in natural light.
Can I order colour swatches?
Hell yeah! And the best bit is they are FREE!!! We send out 4 free colour swatches per customer.
Can you cut the dresses to length for us?
In short no, we don’t shorten the dresses for you. However, we can cut the dresses with extra length for you if your bridesmaids are on the taller side. The additional length is at no extra cost.
